Aaron's production vocal coaching is designed to integrate into the wider production environment, working closely with vocal supervisors, musical directors, resident creative teams, company management, and, where appropriate, multidisciplinary practitioners including physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, and specialist laryngologists.

His approach combines detailed technical voice work with an understanding of vocal load, physical performance, long-running schedules and the specific demands placed on principals, ensemble members, covers and swings. The aim is to support consistent, sustainable performance while reducing avoidable vocal disruption throughout the run of a production.

Aaron is currently Associate Voice Coach for the West End and World Tour productions of Starlight Express and Vocal Coach for ABBA Voyage. He was also engaged as Vocal Consultant for the transfer production of Choir Boy at Theatre Royal Stratford East.

Aaron also works privately with professional performers, including leading cast members from Chicago (UK Tour), Into the Woods (Bridge Theatre), Beetlejuice (West End) and productions at the National Theatre. This work often begins before rehearsals, allowing performers to establish efficient technical strategies and prepare for the specific vocal demands of their roles.

Engaging a Production Vocal Coach during casting, pre-rehearsal or the early stages of a production can help identify and prepare for the specific vocal demands of the material before they become performance issues. Early support gives performers time to develop the coordination, stamina and strategies required for their roles, while giving creative teams an additional resource for supporting vocal consistency throughout rehearsals and the performance schedule.
